A Japanese private client of Citibank has bought AEW’s 23,000 sq ft (2,136 sq m) Monument House, 16-18 Monument Street, EC3, for £14m, at an initial 6.3% yield.
It is let to Providian Bank for 15 years at £51 per sq ft. CB Hillier Parker advised the vendor, and DTZ represented the purchaser.
