Helical Bar is on the brink of selling its two oldest assets, the Peterlee and Aycliffe industrial estates, for £100m.
Helical is set to conclude the sale of the two North East estates, which total nearly 2.3m sq ft of small and medium-sized units, to Nic Rumsey and Neil Young, the founders of Carisbrooke.
