Trafford Park in Barlows talks
Trafford Park Estates has confirmed that it is in talks with its smaller rival Barlows, as reported in Estates Gazette last week. The City expects a deal next week that will allow Barlows to reverse into Trafford Park.
Sir Geoffrey steps down at Allied
Sir Geoffrey Leigh, 65, chairman of Allied London Properties, will retire in November, the company announced this week. Managing director Howard Stanton will replace him as executive chairman and property director. Mike Ingall has been promoted to managing director.
