US lender GMAC Commercial Mortgage Europe has promoted Kevin Cooper to the post of managing director of real estate finance, and Martin Wheeler to executive director of real estate finance. It has also appointed Gerry Mackenzie from Anglo Irish Bank a director in the team.
GMAC CM European chief James Dalton commented: “The promotion of Kevin and Martin represents our commitment to continued expansion in the UK.”
GMAC CM has lent £1.8bn to UK commercial property.
