Two key members of Knight Frank’s Glasgow office agency team have walked out to join Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH).
David Smith, partner and head of office and industrial agency, has quit along with office agency associate Andy Cunningham, who helped Smith run the team.
Smith will be joining LSH as office agency chief and head of the Glasgow office in January 2005 while Cunningham will be joining as head of business space at the start of November.
They both resigned earlier this week and are now on gardening leave. They leave behind surveyor, Aasia Mohammad.
Existing Glasgow office chief Colin McGarva, who has headed up the office since 1999, will now focus on developing a corporate services function while continuing to deliver services to the transport sector and managing national clients.
