Insignia Hotel Partners has nabbed two executives from Knight Frank.
Derek Gammage and Chris Rouse, partners at Knight Frank’s hotel joint venture, Knight Frank Access, will join the hotel group of Insignia, Richard Ellis St Quintin’s US parent, in January as managing director and director, respectively.
Gammage said: “The American hotel market is driving the European hotel market, and I joined Insignia Hotel Partners because it’s a company with a stronger international position.”
Gammage was responsible for international strategy at Knight Frank Access, which was set up in May with partners Interbank Brenner and Knight Frank Interhotel.
