Healey & Baker has revealed that the firm turned over a record £95m in Europe last year with 1,115 staff in in 26 offices.
This places the US-controlled agent in sixth place in the EG 100 European table.
H&B figures for UK shows turnover of a £51m with a staff of 588. This places H&B 10th in the UK. Cushman & Wakefield, which own the majority stake in the UK partnership, had a turnover of $850m, employing 8,885 staff.
The 60-strong investment group of H&B was involved in transactions totalling £2.42bn, placing them fourth in the investment league table. Head of investment Andy Gulliford said that for H&B, 2000 was “the most successful in our 181-year existence”.
