City Loft’s first London scheme at 7-27 Drysdale Street, N1, has received planning permission. The four-storey building on the site of a former timber yard will include around 28 live/work units, 12 one- and two-bedroom apartments and 19 commercial units. Apartments will range from 58.4m2 (629 sq ft) to 94m2 (1,012 sq ft). The building is designed by Conran & Partners, Sir Terence Conran’s architectural practice. Completion is scheduled for autumn next year. Stirling Ackroyd is agent for the scheme.
