Commercial surveyor LSM Partners has been busy over the past six months, paring down its website.
Having undertaken market research and absorbed client feedback, it decided to aim for greater simplicity and clarity in its redesign. As a result, the website is now easier to navigate, and offers more digestible amounts of information.
The revamped website also provides two new features. First is a redesigned news section that is updated daily.
Second is its Property Doctor, which has been created in response to clients’ demand for “uncomplicated web-based property information”. It functions by providing answers to property queries and points visitors to sources of further information.
A search on telecoms, for example, yields addresses for relevant services and partners, related case studies, two articles on climate change levy and cutting costs, and contact data for an energy consultant.
