The Prudential has let 28 King Street in Manchester to Stockport-based shoe retailer, Jake’s Shoes, at a rent of £160,000 pa.
The deal follows a concessionary one-year lease and will run for 15 years with a three-month rent-free period, five-yearly reviews and a mutual break at the end of the fifth year.
The 2,537 sq ft (235.6 sq m) property is located on two floors – the ground floor totalling 1,290 sq ft (119.8 sq m) and basement comprising 1,247 sq ft (115.8 sq m).
Edwards & Co acted for Jake’s Shoes. Tushingham & Moore acted for the Prudential.
