Cushman & Wakefield Healey & Baker’s Irish associate Lisney has promoted two of its staff to the board. Cushman & Wakefield Healey & Baker.
William Fennelly, 35, who specialises in investment sales and acquisitions in Ireland and the UK and institutional valuations, has been promoted. He joined Lisney in 1996 from London company St Quintain.
Also promoted to the Lisney board is James Nugent, 30, who joined the company in 1995 and specialises in office sales, lettings, acquisitions, as well as development appraisal and joint venture projects.
Employing around 150 staff, with offices in Dublin, Belfast and Cork, Lisney is one of Ireland’s top five estate agencies.
