Allsop & Co has expanded its Leeds office with the appointment of former Chesterton employee Paul Winstanley.
Winstanley, who has recently returned from travelling and working in New Zealand, will specialise in residential property valuation and development.
His clients will include Nationwide Building Society, BPT and Grainger Trust.
He previously worked with Andrew Wells, partner in charge of Allsop & Co’s Leeds office, when both were with Chesterton. Winstanley quit Chesterton in December 2001.
Wells said: “We are delighted that Paul has joined us.
“Our Leeds office, which opened in May 2002, has had an excellent first few months, expanding from the original four members of staff to a current total of seven.”
