AIM-listed Bank Restaurant Group disclosed yesterday that it had held tentative discussions over a merger with A-Z Restaurants, the private group that last year attempted to buy Signature Restaurants.
Bank, which has three restaurants, two in London and one in Birmingham, said its group structure was capable of supporting at least six restaurants.
