Miller Birch has signed its first tenant at Access 26, its 30-acre (12ha) industrial and distribution scheme at Langley Mill, Derbyshire.
3663 First for Foodservice will relocate from its existing site in Nottingham to a 75,872 sq ft (7,048 sq m) cold storage and distribution building.
It is paying £4.85 per sq ft (£52 per sq m) on a 20-year lease.
Access 26 comprises 400,000 sq ft (37,160sq m) of industrial and distribution space, alongside 25,000 sq ft (2,322 sq m) of A1 retail.

Miller Birch is a Miller subsidiary created following Miller’s acquisition of Birch, an East Midlands housebuilder and developer.
It comprises Birch’s commercial developments and Miller’s East Midlands developments.
