Vincent Tchenguiz’s new property company Consensus has completed its first deal, to forward-fund a £50m distribution centre for Dixons.
The company headed by the Rotch co-chairman will manage the acquisition and hold the investment while Dixons will manage the development.
The deal will reflect a yield of 6.3%.
