Bourne Leisure has sold five sites to Parkdean Holidays for £41.75m.
They are in Devon, Dorset, Scotland, South Wales and Great Yarmouth.
Parkdean said a revaluation of the estate would open the way for more borrowing and further acquisitions of caravan parks.
