If you would like to have your say on the general development of e-conveyancing, you will need to act quickly there are now only 10 days in which to respond to the Land Registry’s e-conveyancing consultation document.
The consultation paper seeks comments upon the Land Registry’s ideas for a re-engineered conveyancing system, and enables interested parties to comment on how they want the new system to operate.
To access the consultation document and related questionnaire, or to order a paper version, click here to be redirected to the Land Registry’s website.
