UK & European Investments has sold offices in Yeovil, Somerset, to London & Provincial Property Management for £10.42m.
Built in 2001 by UK & European Investments, the property is let to Aerosystems International for a term of 25 years at a passing rental of £830,462 pa, subject to fixed annual uplifts.
Roger Chubb of Hartnell Taylor Cook, who acted for UK & European Investments, said: ‘This is an unusual investment due to several factors: the high quality of the building, its location and the attractive lease terms.
“This meant that it appealed to a wide market of private and Institutional investors, both UK based and overseas. This resulted in strong competition to be the successful buyer.”
