Cushman & Wakefield Healey & Baker has hired a senior director from CBRE to head its enlarged City asset management team.
Howard Bottomley, who had joint responsibility for CBRE’s City management team, will join as a partner in January. Associate Adam Baxter and surveyor Mark Heavey will join him from the West End office.
Head of commercial asset management Polly Plunket-Checkemian will continue to focus on the West End.
Simon Elmer, overall head of asset management, said Bottomley would take on a number of existing instructions. City clients include Hammerson and Goldman Sachs.
