Former Jones Lang LaSalle retail investment director Nick Hart started work at FPDSavills this week after six months’ gardening leave.
Hart had been part of the four-strong JLL team – headed by Robin Coady – that Savills almost poached in its entirety in May. The other three decided to stay.
