Christie & Co has opened two offices in London and the South East and will launch its second German office in the new year.
The two UK offices, opened last month, are in Epsom, Surrey, and Enfield, north London.
In Germany, Christies will add a Berlin office to its Frankfurt presence.
The expansion will give the hospitality specialist a total of 16 offices. The company has over 300 staff in the UK and four offices in mainland Europe.
It has also created a pan-European consultancy division specialising in the hotel market.
Managing director Chris Day said the expansion came in response to “the increasing move by corporate operators away from property ownership to hotel management contracts”.
“This has lead to billions of pounds worth of hotels coming onto the European market, many being purchased by investors with little or no previous experience of the hotel sector,” he said.
