Bruntwood Estates is to upgrade Armstrong House in the hope of winning a letting to the BBC.
The property, which is situated off Oxford Road and behind the Manchester Technology Centre, is next to the BBC’s studios and includes 27,800 sq ft of offices. Around 14,000 sq ft of the building is vacant.
The asking rental is £10.50 per sq ft, plus £1,500 per parking space.
The BBC recently announced that it will relocate a significant number of staff from London to Manchester.
