Industrial specialist Brixton has let 132,000 sq ft of space at Trafford Park, Manchester, in a series of deals.
In the largest deal, JM Logistics has signed for the 114,000 sq ft Altai Building, Trafford Point, on a 10-year basis at £3.30 per sq ft.
The same occupier has taken a further 6,000 sq ft in an adjoining building.
Meanwhile, Baskerville Reactors and North West Media Services have taken a total of 9,000 sq ft at £4.75 per sq ft in other buildings on the site.
A further 3,100 sq ft letting to White World at Mosley industrial estate has also been agreed.
Brixton purchased a 2.7m sq ft holding at Trafford Park from Burford Beta Holdings in March for £300m.
It has since completed 17 deals totalling 175,000 sq ft at the site.
