Clients of Henderson Global Investors have bought the 146,000 sq ft (13,630 sq m) Ashmount Business Park, Swansea, for almost £5m.
The 8.8-acre park comprises 28 units, let to tenants including Reliance Security, Thames Water and Swansea council.
Lee Mogridge, head of LSH’s Cardiff office, who acted for the vendor, a private trust client, said: “The level of interest and number of offers received for the investment was unprecedented.
The price achieved on behalf of our client reflected the quality of the product and the confidence being shown by private and institutional investors alike in the south Wales marketplace.”
