The Restaurant Group is in advanced negotiations to take a majority stake in Living Ventures
Living Ventures has 15 bars and restaurants operating as Living Rooms, Prohibition and The Bar & Grill.
Three Living Rooms are due to open next year. One of them will be in the City of London and another in Liverpool.
