Three shopping centres with a total price of £140m will come to market in the next few weeks.
Fordgate is to remarket its 180,000 sq ft Paisley centre, first put on the market for £47.7m through Donaldsons last February. It will be relaunched through Savills and DTZ for £49m, a 6.5% initial yield.
The Ladysmith and Arcades shopping centres, both in Ashton-under-Lyne, are for sale. Sellar Property Group owns the 150,000 sq ft Ladysmith shopping centre and is likely to seek offers around £35m.
German bank CGI will be seeking buyers for its 146,000 sq ft Arcades shopping centre at £55m. CGI bought the centre for £35m from MAB in 1996.
