English Partnerships is looking to appoint a developer for a 17-acre residential scheme in Telford, Shropshire.
The 250-unit development on Park Lane will form the core of the town’s new Woodside district and will link up with shops, healthcare and recreation facilities.
Peter Murray, area director West Midlands English Partnerships, said: “As the central core of the neighbourhood, this phase of the development is crucial in terms of creating the right residential balance for the existing and future generations of residents.”
