Delancey has let the final 6,500 sq ft at 6 Chesterfield Gardens, W1, through Godfrey Vaughan and Jones Lang LaSalle.
Tudor Group, which has the first floor, is taking the ground at £65 per sq ft. The quoting rent was £57.50.
The 50,000 sq ft building, bought last year from Britannic Asset Management, is now all let. DTZ advised Tudor.
Derwent Valley’s new 30,000 sq ft Davidson building in Southampton Street, WC2, has also got its last tenant.
Godfrey Vaughan advised energy group Constellation on the acquisition of 6,300 sq ft at £42.50 per sq ft. JLL and Pilcher Hirshman acted for Derwent.
