Centros Miller has been granted preferred developer status by Lancaster city council for a 10-acre city-centre redevelopment.
The £100m Canal Corridor North site will be a retail-led, mixed-use scheme.
Churston Heard is advising Centros Miller on the project, which is to be designed by Reid Architects.
