Royal & SunAlliance has let the first building on phase two of Aztec West Business Park, the largest office letting in Bristol this year.
Asset manager F&C Property Asset Management, advised by King Sturge, has signed up contractor InterRoute for the 25,000 sq ft 910 Hempton Court on a 10-year lease at £20 per sq ft.
Donaldsons acted for InterRoute.
