FA Premier League to transfer HQ to Marylebone

The FA Premier League is moving its headquarters from Paddington to Marylebone in central London.

It will quit 11 Connaught Place, W2, to move to London Merchant Securities’ (LMS) 30 Gloucester Place, W1.

The Premier League has taken a prelet on all the building’s 23,700 sq ft of offices, where LMS will complete a refurbishment by September.

The deal has been agreed on the basis of a 15-year lease subject to five-yearly, upward-only rent reviews at a rent of just over £880,000 pa. This equates to £40.75 per sq ft on the best office space.

The deal includes a 17-month rent-free period.

LMS was advised by DTZ and the FA Premier League by Churston Heard.
