Co-operative Insurance Society (CIS) has been given the go-ahead for a mixed-use scheme opposite Victoria Station, London SW1.
The redevelopment, which will comprise 105,700 sq ft of offices and 17,650 sq ft of shops, will adjoin the Apollo Theatre and replace the existing buildings between Vauxhall Bridge Road and Wilton Road.
Sheppard Robson is architect for the scheme.
DTZ was retained as development consultant. Gerald Eve advised on town planning.
