Newbridge Construction has sold its 213,500 sq ft 28 East retail park in Newport to AXA Sun Life for £45m, a 4.68% yield.
The park, anchored by Big W, has rents ranging from £9.50 to £15 per sq ft.
RE Phillips & Partners, Linnells and Wilkinson Williams acted for Newbridge. Rapleys advised AXA.
