Bradman teams up with Chande and Myers for Bishopsgate bid

Godfrey Bradman has teamed up with Manish Chande and Martin Myers to make a bid for ABN Amro’s headquarters at 250 Bishopsgate, London EC2.

The Dutch bank is carrying out a £180m sale and leaseback, where bidders have been invited to pay a fixed price, but compete by offering the lowest rent on the 250,000 sq ft building.

The consortium, which advised the Royal Bank of Scotland on the acquisition of 280 Bishopsgate, EC2, and Premier Place, EC3, in October, have been shortlisted for the building.

Other bidders include aAIM, Rotch and Sloane Capital.

ABN Amro is advised by Cushman & Wakefield Healey & Baker.

James Andrew International is advising Bradman, Chande and Myers.
