GVA Grimley has moved its Wales office to new premises in One Kingsway.
The firm, which has moved out of the “agents quarter” in Windsor Lane, has also appointed Steve Gibbon a partner in the office.
Gibbon joined GVA Grimley in 1998 and leads the Cardiff office’s valuation services team.
During his time at GVA Grimley, he has managed clients such as the NAW, Torfaen county borough council and Dyfed-Powys Police Force.
