Brixton has completed the disposal of 50 properties from its Industrious portfolio to Teesland iOG for £249.4m.
The transfer of the final £9m of leasehold properties was concluded yesterday. The majority of the stock was held freehold and was disposed when the deal was announced in March.
Teesland intends to use the properties as the basis for a new UK multi-let industrial fund.
