Hotel Corporation has bought Walton Hall for £15.2m.
Walton Hall, at Wellesbourne, near Stratford-upon-Avon, houses 132 time-share units which will be converted to a country hotel under the Paramount brand.
Hotel Corporation, which is a vehicle for Dawnay Shore Hotels, plans to create a chain of four-star properties in the UK.
