West Country developer Rokeagle has pre-sold 30% of its new 45,000 sq ft Nexus development at Gloucester Business Park.
The largest unit of 10,155 sq ft has been sold for an undisclosed sum to Christoph Kerstein, Chairman of Hameln Pharmaceuticals Ltd, which will be relocating its business from Upton Street, Gloucester, to the new unit.
Rokeagle, which is part of Rok Property Solutions Plc, acquired the 2.75 acre site in December 2003 as part of its first foray into Gloucester.
Rokeagle has industrial and warehouse units still available at Nexus freehold or leasehold from 2,374 sq ft to 11,532 sq ft through King Sturge and Alder King.
