Industrial landlord Formaction has fully let its 100,500 sq ft former Sofa Workshop building at Pontyclun, South Wales.
Aidapt, a manufacturer and distributor of products for the elderly and disabled will occupy 55,000 sq ft of on a 10 year lease at an average rent of £65,000 per annum.
In addition, Linpac has acquired 15,000 sq ft of refurbished industrial space on a five year lease at a yearly rental of £50,000.
On Site Security has taken 8,000 sq ft office suite on a 10-year lease at £50,000 per annum and Total Packaging Solutions, a 6,000 sq ft industrial unit on a five year lease at a rental of £22,500 per annum.
James Perry, Director at Lambert Smith Hampton’s Cardiff office, said, “Formaction have effectively sub divided, refurbished and re-branded the former sofa workshop now known as ‘Primoris House’.
“We are extremely pleased with the success of this scheme having fully let the premises within nine months of marketing.”
