Comland extols virtues of falling interest rates

Falling interest rates are giving a boost to the commercial property market, according to Comland Commercial.

It said commercial property was an attractive asset class in a low inflation atmosphere, with the expectation of falling interest rates.

The company posted full-year pretax profit, up from £2.35m to £4.67m, on turnover up from £131,000 to £6.7m.

The shares fell 25p to 450p.
