Rokeagle has applied for outline consent to expand its Exeter Business Park by 100,000 sq ft.
The developer wants to build eight offices, ranging from 8,700 sq ft to 21,800 sq ft, on 7.5 acres at the north-east corner of the park.
Rents will be £15.50 per sq ft.
