Great Portland Estates (GPE) has appointed Timon Drakesmith as Finance Director.
Drakesmith, who was formerly Group Director of Financial Operations at Novar, takes up the post on 12 September.
A chartered accountant, he has 13 years of investment banking experience at companies such as Credit Suisse First Boston and Barclays de Zoete Wedd.
GPE chairman Richard Peskin said: “We are very pleased to welcome Timon to the Great Portland Board as Finance Director, bringing with him strategic and corporate finance skills which will complement the existing management team.”
He added that there is nothing requiring disclosure in relation to Rule 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules.
