Bromsgrove Business Park gets infrastructure go ahead

Advantage West Midlands (AWM) has been granted planning permission for the infrastructure work on its landmark 23-acre Bromsgrove Business Park in Worcestershire.

The regional development agency will begin work immediately.

It has spent two years preparing the site with Bromsgrove District Council and Persimmon Homes, which owns an adjacent site.

Plots ranging from 0.75 to 5 acres are being marketed to owner-occupiers or developers.

A spokesman for AWM said that negotiations for an incubator unit were at “an advanced stage”.

The scheme is part of the Central Technolgoy Belt, an attempt to create a corridor of hi-tech firms and premises linking Birmingham with South Worcestershire.
