A former CD manufacturing plant on the English/Welsh border has been redeveloped into a 40,000 sq ft rural business park.
Owner Wyastone Estate said its new Wyastone Business Park, three miles from Monmouth, is aimed at light industrial and office occupiers.
The park has been redeveloped from offices and units previously used by Nimbus Records and Nimbus Technology and Engineering.
The park comprises five separate buildings, providing office accommodation in blocks of up to 4,000 sq ft and industrial units to 11,715 sq ft.
