Hercules Unit Trust has secured a number of new lettings at its parks in Speke and Hamilton in Scotland.
At the New Mersey Retail Park in Speke, the retail warehouse fund managed by British Land’s Pillar Property, has let a 5,000 sq ft shop to shoe retailer Clarks at £45 per sq ft and has extended the Boots store by 10,000 sq ft to 24,650 sq ft.
Boots will take a new 15-year lease at the park at £40 per sq ft.
Electrical retailer Currys has taken the last space at Palace Grounds retail park in Hamilton.
Currys has taken a 15-year lease at a rent of £19 per sq ft.
Wilkinson Williams and Hill Woolhouse and Jones Lang LaSalle and Savills advised Hercules on the deals.
Boots was advised by Cheetham & Mortimer, while Clarks was represented by Green and Partners.
