The Leeds office of Jones Lang Lasalle (JLL) has lost its head of retail, Nigel Friskney, to Yorkshire-based developer Oakgate.
Friskney, who joins Oakgate as acquisition director, handed his notice in on Tuesday afternoon. It is not yet clear when he will join Oakgate.
Oakgate chief executive, John Grantham, said, “We had been looking for someone to fulfil this role for some time and were waiting for the right person to.
“We are trying to expand the company and we feel Nigel is someone who can help us do this. We have a large cash reserve and hope to put it to good use.”
