Wrenbridge and Schroders have sold their 210,000 sq ft ‘Big Berry’ unit in Droitwich Spa, Worcestershire, to Morley Fund Management.
It is believed that Morley paid £11.8m for the shed, which is let to Vax at £4.50 per sq ft on a 5-year term. This represents a yield of 7.25%.
The unit is two miles from the M5 at junction 5, some 20 miles south of Birmingham.
DTZ acted for Morley. The vendors were represented by M3.
