Industrial developer Brixton has let two units at its 136,000 sq ft Premier Park scheme in Park Royal, West London.
The 10,896 sq ft Unit 2 has been let to audio and video equipment specialist Gearbox (Vision and Sound) at £10 per sq ft, on a 10-year lease term with 4 months rent free.
Stone design company Mega Marble has taken the 13,402 sq ft Unit 3 at £10.50 sq ft, also on 10-year lease with a rent review at year 5, with two months rent free.
There are 6 units remaining at Premier Park, totalling 112,000 sq ft. Letting agents Holley Blake and King Sturge are quoting £10.75 per sq ft for the space.
