Berkeley Homes has bought the former All Saints Hospital in Eastbourne from East Sussex Hospital NHS Trust for £5.75m.
Berkeley bought the 85,000 sq ft listed building in Darley Road unconditionally last week, and intends to redevelop it as 45 homes, with more homes on the rest of the 8.2-acre site.
