Colliers CRE held its October auction at London’s Radisson SAS Portman Hotel, raising just over £5m from 62% of the lots offered.
A local authority freehold site offering a residential development opportunity achieved the highest price of the day for the City of Lincoln. The land, at Burton Road, Lincoln, sold for £780,000.
In Cornwall, Restormel borough council put up a mix of residential investments and a residential development site. The lots achieved prices of between £129,000 and £155,000.
Meanwhile, the local authority in Monmouthshire achieved £580,000 on a freehold farm buildings complex, set in 139 acres, near Abergavenny.
